At Janitorial Essentials, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and hassle-free.
Please allow up to 2 working days for the delivery of your order. Some items, such as heavy equipment and machinery, may require 5–10 working days.
Larger or bulky items are usually sent on a pallet to prevent damage. A minimum of two working days is required to arrange pallet deliveries for your convenience.
We will notify you if we foresee any delays. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, especially for larger items. For urgent deliveries, please contact our sales team to confirm lead times.
